Project Goal:
To improve the health literacy and life skills of rural communities bydelivering basic health education and primary healthcare services, enablingtarget populations to achieve better health and enhanced socio-economicwell-being.
Direct Beneficiaries:
- Each Co-Health Educator to reach at least 200 households
- 240 Co-Health Educators to reach 48,000 households
- With 4.06 persons per household → ~194,880 direct beneficiaries
Expected Results / Outcomes:
- Contribution to SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation)
- Enhanced institutional and staff capacity
- Increased community awareness on basic health and hygiene practices
