Four-Day Development Management Course Held for FNB Member NGO Leaders

A four-day “Development Management Course” was organized from October 27–30 at the BURO Institute ofInnovation and Development (BIID) in Tangail for the executive directors of 27NGOs affiliated with the Federation of NGOs in Bangladesh (FNB).
The training aimed to strengthenthe leadership and management capacities of participants to make developmentinitiatives more effective, accountable, and sustainable. The sessions focusedon key areas of development management, including leadership, strategicplanning, project management, monitoring and evaluation, and the formulation ofpractical policies and strategies.
Beyond capacity enhancement, thecourse also created valuable opportunities for networking and peer learning,helping participants gain new perspectives to strengthen their organizationalpractices in the future.
The closing ceremony was attendedby FNB Chairperson and Founder Executive Director of BURO Bangladesh, ZakirHossain, and FNB Coordinator, Nimai Mondol.
