At London Climate Week 2025, BURO Bangladesh joined a vital global conversation on financing climate resiliencefor vulnerable communities. Our participation in two high-impactsessionsβpowered by MSC (MicroSave Consulting)βbrought the voices and experiences of frontline communities from Bangladesh to the international stage.

In a session on βHow can publican private actors deliver finance to climate-vulnerable communities?β, BUROβs Director of Operations, Farmina Hossain, shared insights from one of theworldβs most climate-exposed nations. With over 2.14 million clients, half ofwhom are engaged in agriculture, BURO serves people navigating multiplethreats: floods, cyclones, salinity, drought, river erosion, and heatwaves.
